Orders usually ship via UPS in approximately one to four weeks after receipt of payment, depending upon
availability of current stock.

ORDERING PROCESS FOR CUSTOM AND SPECIAL ORDERS
(Other non-Japanese family crests or designs are available on a custom basis)

Customer will provide family crest, Japanese character(s), or custom design via email, fax, or U.S. mail.
Price quote will be provided based upon intricacy of each family crest and/or character(s). Due to the intensive
handwork involved in each sculpture, prices may vary (click here for more details on The Art and Etching Process).
A 50% deposit (via check or money order) is required when the order is placed.
The balance is due upon completion.

Special order family crest sculptures usually ship via UPS in approximately eight to ten weeks.
Special order photo frames usually ship in approximately four to six weeks. (Family crests are not available on photo frames.)
